Rhodes Family Portraits

Hey everybody!

I have no idea how many times I've photographed this awesome, awesome family! I've watched Jack and Caroline grow up, and it is definitely one of my favorite things about my job as a photographer. To romanticize the idea even further, their mom (who I adore!) always gets an album from each session. I love thinking about how they are going to look back at their childhood from my point of view. How extremely cool!

Lauren's Bridal Session

Hey everybody!

Lauren and Luke were married this summer, but Lauren really wanted Fall bridals to remember the beauty of her dress. So, a couple months after she said I do, she wore the dress again, this time at Pratt Place Inn in Fayetteville. The location matched her southern beauty and charm perfectly. Aren't these lovely?

Natalie and Michael Tie the Knot! The wedding story

Hey everybody!

Lots of purple and lots of gold made for a gorgeous wedding day!

Words can't describe how much I love these hangers. And that dress!

Teamwork shots are the best.

I'm so impressed with our brides and grooms this year! Lots of fun shoes and lots of fun socks...

I showed this shot yesterday - definitely my favorite moment of the day - Natalie and Michael's first meeting. It was so emotional!

And they're off! Their guests wished them off adorned in lightsticks - love it!

Natalie and Michael Tie the Knot!

Believe it or not, I owe Natalie and Michael's super fun wedding all to twitter! I tweeted over a year ago about doing a shoot at the fair that came to Fayetteville and Natalie and Michael answered the call! I'm Thankful For Christian Louboutins!

Hey everybody!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Today, I'm expressing my thanks to my lovely bride-to-be, Meredith, for accepting my proposal. It's only a few months away now! The other day I bought her wedding shoes! Our wedding colors are turquoise and red, so Louboutins (with their trademark red bottoms) were an obvious choice. And their new Spring '11 line included a pair of turquoise pumps! Are you kidding me? (and yes, I realize how metro I sound - haha)

Each screen pained me more...

But it was totally worth it!  You get what you pay for, right?!

Pratt Place Wedding Reception of Taryn and Ryan

Hey everybody!

If there were such a thing as a finale, this would be it. Pratt Place Barn is such a gorgeous place for a wedding reception. Add in fabulous details from Jenessa Bailey, custom made signs and favors from Amy Hannon, and the exquisite taste of the lovely bride Taryn, and all is well. All.Is.Well.

Now, let's swoon together. :)

Have you ever seen it look more beautiful? Amazing cake from Jennifer from Shelby Lynn's!

The outside of the barn was beautifully lit as well.

I love the look on Taryn's face as she not only dances her first dance with Ryan, but looks around Pratt Place Barn at her gorgeous reception.
